a bit of background

I grew up with a passion for performing and creating stories and characters. I vividly remember putting on shows for my parents in our basement with multiple costume changes and character developments. This love of story creation led me to pursue a degree in Drama with a minor in Film & Television at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.  There I felt a deep connection to the entire behind the scenes process, from concept to final product. It was during a battle with Hodgkin's Lymphoma my senior year of university, that I came to value the importance of sharing personal journeys. 

                                   is my passion project to do just that.

about the name

The name lilac cloud creative comes from a couple of different experiences in my life.

Lilac - Not only is purple my favorite color, it is also the color for New York University and the Hodgkin's Lymphoma cancer ribbon.

Cloud - My first year at university was challenging but I found encouragement in my relationship with God. One of my favorite Bible stories is from the book of Joshua; the Walls of Jericho. The Israelites stormed around the walls of Jericho for seven days without touching them. On the seventh day, they marched seven times and the walls came tumbling down. Though my reasoning for storming New York City was not for physical battle, I believe I was called to NYC to share the love of Christ. My motto was to storm the city and storms begin with clouds.
